Yes, you can create PDF files from MS Publisher using Click to Convert. Simply open the Publisher file in MS Publisher and click File->Print, choose the "Click to Convert II" software-only printer and select OK/Print. Click to Convert will detect the new print job and start up automatically, guiding you through the remainder of the process.

There are two common solutions to this problem:

Solution 1
----------
If the problem is occuring when you are converting MS Word files to PDF then it may be because the images in your Word document have been resized.

There is a known bug in MS Word that occurs when you resize images (shrinking them) and then print to a screen-resolution printer such as Click to Convert.

To solve the problem, you should import images in your Word documents at the correct size and not resize them in Word itself.

Solution 2
----------
Click to Convert allows you to set the "quality" of the JPG/JPEG images that it places in your PDF files. To do this follow these steps:-

1. In the Click to Convert "Publish Settings" winodw, select the HTML options->Images item in the tree.

2. Adjust the "JPEG Image Quality" setting to a higher setting to improve image quality.

NOTE: Adjusting image quality to a higher setting also causes your PDF's to become large (in file size) so experiment to see which setting works best for you and your documents.

Please ensure that you are embedding the font subset correctly in the PDF by selecting the "Embed TrueType font subset" in the "PDF options->Fonts" tab of the Click to Convert "Publish Settings" window.

Cyrillic (Russian) documents are fully supported by Click to Convert, simply follow these steps when converting a Cyrillic document to PDF:

1. Open the Cyrillic document and print it to the "Click to Convert II" printer.
2. In the Click to Convert "Publish Settings" window that appears, select the "PDF options->Fonts" item in the tree and choose the following options:

- Make sure "Embed fonts in PDF documents" is checked (selected).
- Make sure "Embed TrueType font subsets" is checked (selected).
- In the "Fonts Never Embedded" box, select all the items (Arial, Courier and Times New Roman) in the right hand list and remove them from that list by clicking the "-" button next to the list.

4. Create the PDF, it should now look like the original including fonts and text embedded correctly.
