Sometimes when converting from Microsoft Word users have found that pages come out in reverse order, or last-page-first, first-page-last.  Here's how to solve this problem:-

1. Open Microsoft Word
   
2. Open the document to be converted
3. Click the Tools menu
4. Select Options
5. Click the Print tab
6. Check/un-check the Reverse Print Order option
7. Select OK
