Additional trial-only limitations

• Click to Convert - the trial-version HTML web-pages include a "Powered by Purepage" logo at the bottom.  In previous version of Click to Convert, PDF renditions containsed a "powered by Click to Convert" watermark - this has been removed in version 6.1 of Click to Convert - download it now...
• iPrint - the trial version includes a small watermark on each printed page.
