How do I remove the "This watermark does not appear in the registered version" banner in my PDF files?

The "Powered By" image (in HTML) and the PDF trial watermark (in the PDFs) are added automatically in the trial versions of Click to Convert.
When you register for the full version of Click to Convert these will both be removed.
