How do I remove the "Powered By" image from the HTML renditions Click to Convert creates?

The "Powered By" image (in HTML) and the "Created with Click to Convert" watermark (in the PDFs) are added automatically in the trial versions of Click to Convert.
When you register for the full version of Click to Convert these will both be removed.
If you have purchased Click to Convert, you can remove the "Powered By" image in the HTML by de-selecting the "Include Powered By graphic at the bottom of page" option in the Click to Convert Publish Settings window, under HTML options->Output.
