Why are the PDF files are not loading in PDF Toolbox?

NOTE: This is normally only a problem if you have older AntiSpyware or AntiVirus tools on your computer.

PDF Toolbox requires some files distributed with the free Adobe Reader.
If you have installed Acrobat Reader recently on your system and you have AntiSpyware software running also then the Acrobat installer won't be able to install the Acrobat files needed properly (due to the security restrictions imposed by the AntiSpyware software).
To get around this you need to close ALL AntiSpyware and AntiVirus software on your system before installing Acrobat Reader - this will allow the installer to correctly install all it's files.
If you have already installed Adobe Reader, you will need to uninstall it and reinstall it to fix the installation problem. REMEMBER to fully close all AntiSpyware and AntiVirus software before reinstalling.
