The Click to Convert installer is locking up, failing or giving an error message.

It is quite likely that the issue is caused by an over zealous AntiVirus product or Firewall software. Sometimes these safety applications can lock specific files on your system or bloack the installation of applications.
The solution is simple:
1. Close or disable all AntiVirus software.
2. Close or disable any personal Firewall (e.g. ZoneAlarm).
3. Re-run the Click to Convert installer.
4. Restart your AntiVirus and Firewall software.
