There are two common causes for text and fonts to appear wrongly (or missing) in PDF's.

1. If you are using Windows 95, 98 or ME, you should upgrade to Click to Convert version 5.3 or later as this fixes a known issue.

2. You need to embed the fonts in the PDF - please see support issue below:
