Click to Convert has additional support for Microsoft Excel Workbooks. You can choose whether you would like to publish the active worksheet or the entire workbook by clicking on the "Click to Convert" menu item then "Change Office Options" (within Microsoft Excel).

Click to Convert will extract the names of the worksheets and link them all as bookmarks in the PDF rendition.
