When converting spreadsheets (Excel or any other type of spreadsheet) to PDF or HTML, it is a common requirement to place the whole sheet on a single page in the resulting PDF file or HTML web-page conversion.

Because Click to Convert works behind the scenes as a virtual printer, the easiest way to do this is to change the paper size that your Excel spreadsheet is configured to print to. Choosing a larger paper size will allow more of your spreadsheet on a single page.

To adjust the paper size in Excel:

1. Open the spreadsheet in Excel.
2. Select File->Print and make sure the Click to Convert printer is selected in the drop-down list.
3. Click the Properties button next to the printer drop-down list.
4. In the Layout tab of the pop-up window, click the Advanced button.
5. In the Advanced Printer Properties window that displays, select a large paper size in the Paper Size list. E.g. try choosing A2, E or D sheet as these are larger paper sizes than the default A4 or Letter.
   
   
   
6. Click OK in all the open print windows to accept the new paper size selection.
7. Print the spreadsheet to the Click to Convert printer to start your conversion to PDF or HTML web-pages.
