When I attempt to print from DOS applications to a normal printer, the Click to Convert program always comes up. How do I correct this?

Because Click to Convert works as a software-only printer, this can be caused by printers sharing the same software-printing-port as Click to Convert.

To correct this, simply change the printer port that Click to Convert uses:

1. Open the Windows Printers folder (Start->Control Panel->Printers).

2. Right click on the "Click to Convert II" printer and select "Properties..." from the popup menu.

3. Click the "Ports" tab in the window that displays.

4. You should see in the Ports tab that the current port for the Click to Convert II printer is set to LPT1. You probably have your other printer also on this port. The best thing to do is to select LPT2 or LPT3 for the Click to Convert II printer, then click "Apply" and exit from the printer properties window.

This should correct the issue.
