If we recommend the download and installation of a new 'patch' for Click to Convert, please complete the following steps:

1. Press CTRL + ALT + DEL keys together and in the window that displays, click the Task Manager button to open the Windows Task Manager.
2. In the Task Manager, kill the C2CMonitor process that's running.
3. In Windows Explorer, open the Windows\System32 or Windows\System folder and locate the existing PPEngine.dll file in there.
4. Delete the existing PPEngine.dll file from the folder.
5. Download the patched PPEngine.dll file from the link your were given or save it from the e-mail attachment.
6. Save the new PPengine.dll to the same location as the one you just deleted in step # 3 above.
7. In Windows Explorer, open the Click to Convert installation folder (normally C:\Program Files\ClickToConvert\ ) and double-click the C2CMonitor.exe application to restart it.
