My PDFs are created with the page as a tiny (skrunken) image.

You need to upgrade to Click to Convert version 5.3 or later to resolve this issue.

I'm running version 6.5 and it still renders my Word documents in to pdfs where the material in the document only takes up a corner of the sheet.
