How do I remove the Click to Convert button from the MS Excel toolbar?

Sometimes MS Excel locks files when the Click to Convert un-installer is running, which leaves the Click to Convert button on the Microsoft Excel toolbar.
To remove the Click to Convert button from the MS Excel toolbar, simply search your computer for all instances of the "clicktoconvert.xla" file and delete them all.
