Conversion problem

When I started the conversion process from my MS Word, the rendition process stop at "Printing Document" stage.
And then if I tried to do the conversion from "File > Print" option, the error message below came out :
"windows cannot print due to a problem with the current printer setup ....". Please help.

Problem Solved!
Have to do a very clean re-installation. Here are the things that I did :
1. Stop / Kill C2CMonitor.exe
2. Uninstall C2C
3. Delete the C2C folder
4. Delete C2C from printers list
5. Delete all registry related to C2C including those under printers
6. Reboot PC
7. Re-install C2C
